You may return or exchange items you purchased within 21 days of the date of your order for a full or partial refund. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To request your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at support@metachairs.com with the order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will verify and review your request, and respond with the necessary information for your return.

DO NOT SHIP YOUR PRODUCT BACK TO US WITHOUT RECEIVING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Note, this may take several days depending on your specific bank or payment method.

    Restocking Fees

    All returns and refunds are subject to 25% restocking fee.
    You will receive a full refund only if the item(s) you are returning is reviewed by us and we confirm it is either:

    • Brand new, factory sealed condition, with all accessories, and in the original packaging.
    • Deemed defective or damaged.

    In these cases, you have two options:

    • You may return the item(s) for a full refund. We will issue a refund to your original payment method.
    • You may exchange the item(s) for the same item(s), if they are in stock, and we will ship you the replacements. If the same item(s) is not in stock, you may exchange the item(s) for another item(s) of equivalent or lesser value, and we will ship you the new item(s). We will issue a refund to your original payment method for the difference.

    For orders with multiple items, you will not be refunded for other items that are without defect or damage. 

    All returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer and be made within 30 days of purchase. Collect shipments will be refused and returned.

      Late or Missing Refunds

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

      If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@metachairs.com. 

      Sale Items

      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

      Exchanges

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@metachairs.com

      Gifts

      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

      If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. 

      Shipping

      To return your product, please email us at support@metachairs.com and we will provide instructions on how to return your product.

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

      If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
