If you find that our own website offers a lower price for an item you ordered, within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund your original payment method for the difference.

To request your partial refund, simply email us at support@metachairs.com with a link to the same item listed on our website, or on our competitor's website, within 30 days from the date of your order. We will review and verify your request. If approved, we will proceed with your partial refund.

Eligibility Requirements

  • You must have purchased the item from our website before requesting a price match.
  • Promotions such as promo/discount codes, rebates, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and buy-one-get-one-free offers are not eligible.
  • The item must match the exact color and size.
  • The item must be in stock on the competitors website.
  • The competitor must be an online store. They may not have a physical retail location.
  • The website may not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
  • The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer for the item in question.
  • The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges. It excludes sales tax.
  • We do not price match Amazon, Walmart or Wayfair at this time.
